Fisu University world Cup Finswimming: the first day was good, in which the spectacle was certainly not lacking
1 min readIt took place on April 1st 2022 the first of the two competition days of the FISU University World Cup Finswimming. The following athletes won the gold medal in the nine finals scheduled:
Adela Svomova – Masaryk University (CZE) – 50 m AP;
Viola Magoga – University of Padua (ITA) – 50 m BF;
Juan Sebastian Giraldo Cespedes – Pontifical Xavier University Cali Branch (COL) – 100m SF;
Riccardo Romano – University of Salerno (ITA) – 100 m BF;
Lilla Blaszak – John Von Neumann University (HUN) – 200m SF;
Carolina Trocca – University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (ITA) – 200 m BF.
Juan Sebastian Giraldo Cespedes – Pontifical Xavier University Cali Branch (COL) – 400m SF;
Yan Plotze – Aix Marseille University (FRA) – 400m BF;
Lilla Blaszak – John Von Neumann University (HUN) – 800m SF.
It should be noted that the Colombian Juan Sebastian Giraldo Cespedes, of the Pontifical Xavier University Cali Branch, and the Hungarian Lilla Blaszak, of the John Von Neumann University, were the protagonists of two gold medals each.
The event will continue today with the second and final day of competition, in which the following distances will be staged:
– 50 m AP men;
– 50 m BF men;
– 100 m SF women;
– 100 m BF women;
– 200 m SF men;
– 200 m BF men;
– 400 m SF women;
– 400 m BF women;
– 800 m SF men.
